TREKKING OF THE SICAN MOUNTAINS
- FIRST DAY -
Transfer of participants to Agriturismo Gorgo del Drago of Godrano (PA). Accommodation in rooms and dinner of local produce specialties; overnight stay in farm.
- SECOND DAY -
Departure at 08:30 ride to the Oriented Nature Reserve of “Bosco di Ficuzza”, along the Rocca Busambra, packed lunch in Corleone and departure toward the Agriturismo Ridocco located in Campo Fiorito.

- THIRD DAY -
Departure at 08:30 toward Piano Cervi, Madonna del Balzo, Bisacquino. Lunch at the Abbey of Santa Maria del Bosco, located within the territory of Contessa Entellina. Continue of trail toward Sambuca di Sicilia, arrival of participants at the Agriturismo S. Giacomo.

- FOURTH DAY -
Departure at 08:30 to Caltabellotta, town of cultural interest, situated on the top of a massif where once stood an ancient Sican Necropolis, in addition to a castle dating back to the Arab period,
the Benedictine Monastery and the Norman Cathedral. Departure after lunch toward the town of Burgio, known for pottery and bells production. Arrival in the late afternoon at Tenuta Le Querce.

- SEVENTH DAY -
Departure at 08:30 to the Castello della Margana, situated on the homonymous riverbank.
Ascent of the massif of Rocca Busambra and packed lunch.
In the afternoon traversing of the Nature Reserve of Ficuzza, end of the journey at Agriturismo Gorgo del Drago.
8/9 hours on horseback, about 40 km
- FIFTH DAY -
Departure at 08:30. Start of the trail ride through the Monti Sicani Natural Park. Packed lunch in the territory of S. Stefano di Quisquina.
In the afternoon visit of the Andromeda Theater and arrival at the Agriturismo Serra Moneta.

- SIXTH DAY -
Departure at 08:30 and visit of the Hermitage of Santa Rosalia, which dates to the XVII century. The trail continues toward Castronovo di Sicilia, where we will have a lunch break. Arrival at Agriturismo Casale Riena in the afternoon.

- EIGHTH DAY -
Breakfast and greeting of the participants. Transfer to the Falcone Borsellino airport.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
The horse rentals with comfortable English saddle suitably equipped with saddlebags, breastplate, cruppers and anti-slip cage stirrups.
Meals from dinner on day 1 to breakfast on day 8, as well as packed lunches with local products and complete dinners at the farmhouses (minimum four courses).
